  • Carls Valeting IOW is a fully mobile service covering the Isle of Wight. I travel directly to your home or workplace to carry out the service.

    If you are unsure whether your location is covered, feel free to send a quick message and I’ll be happy to confirm.

  • I accept a range of payment options to make things as convenient as possible. Payments can be made by cash, card, bank transfer, or Clearpay instalments. I can also send secure payment links if you’d prefer to pay online.

    If a booking deposit is required, it will be requested and paid through a secure payment link. Any deposit paid is deducted from the final balance.

    Invoices can also be provided on request if needed.

  • Some services require a small booking deposit to secure the appointment. This helps reserve the time specifically for your vehicle.

    Deposits are requested through a secure payment link and are deducted from the final balance on the day of the service.

  • Both! I offer mobile services where I come to you and I also have in-house options if you prefer to bring your car to me.

  • In most cases I carry everything required to complete the job. However, access to an outdoor water supply and power can sometimes help with larger services.

    If this is ever required, I will confirm this with you when booking.

  • It depends on the service you choose, but most standard valets take between 1.5 to 3.5 hours.

    More detailed services like full valets or Ceramic Coatings can take a bit longer — I’ll always let you know roughly how long to expect when you book.

  • Don’t worry! If it’s bad weather, I’ll contact you to rearrange, or if you have sheltered space like a garage or carport, I can still get the job done. I always do my best to work around the Isle of Wight weather!

  • Yes – I’m fully insured with public liability cover up to £1 million. This means you’re protected if there’s accidental damage or injury during any work I carry out. Your vehicle and property are in safe, responsible hands.

  • To help the service run smoothly, please remove any personal belongings from the vehicle beforehand so all areas can be cleaned properly.

    If child seats need to be cleaned or removed, please let me know when booking.
